ADMISSION PROCESS
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Complete an Expression of Interest Form at the School Office or enquire online.
SCHOOL VISIT
Make an appointment to visit the school. If you contacted us online, we will call you to arrange a visit.
APPLICATION
Following a successful visit, submit a completed Application Form along with supporting documents and the Application Fee.
Supporting documents:
– Three passport photographs
– Copy of Birth Certificate (for Thai students) or Passport (for overseas students)
– Copy of House Registration
– Copy of parent’s ID Card or Passport
– Previous school records (if applicable)
– Medical Form including proof of immunisations
TRIAL PERIOD
Students complete a one week (5 day) trial period. During this trial period students are observed by classroom teachers. Students in PYP 1 and above are assessed in their English Language proficiency. Students in PYP 3 and above are also assessed in maths.
INTERVIEW & ACCEPTANCE OF PLACE
Make an appointment to meet with the Principal. You will be notified of acceptance by telephone or email, followed by a formal letter of acceptance. The Registration Fee is payable at the time a place is accepted to guarantee the student’s placement. If a place is not immediately available, your child will be added to our waiting list and parents contacted as soon as a place becomes available.
FINAL ENROLMENT DOCUMENTATION
Visit the School before your child’s first day of class to complete the final enrolment documentation, purchase uniforms, and pay tuition and fees.
